A grant of a non-exclusive perpetual easement from <br />Studebaker to Essex Wire Corporation, for use for storm <br />and sanitory sewer drainage purposes, in a Deed (bottom <br />of page 2, and top of page 3 thereof) from Studebaker to <br />Essex Wire Corporation, dated June 17, 1964 and recorded <br />on such date in Deed Record Book 652, pages 200 through <br />2113 St. Joseph County Recorder's Office. <br />4. A grant of an exclusive perpetual easement from Studebaker <br />to New Jersey, Indiana & Illinois Railroad Company for use for <br />railroad purposes, in a Deed (page 2 and top of page 3 thereof) <br />from Studebaker to New Jersey, Indiana & Illinois Railroad <br />Company dated July 20, 1964 and recorded on such date in Deed <br />Record Book 653, pages 381 through 387, St. Joseph County <br />Recorder's Office, <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, C. J. Wood, Inc. has caused <br />these presents to be duly signed and its corporate seal <br />affixed hereto, respectively by C. J. Wood, as its President, <br />and Harrison A.
