�'ra�isfer '� <br />Toxing U'n3 Z.. <br />Dste ......f..` � <br />QUIT -CLAIM DEED <br />This indenture witnesseth that <br />THE MUNICIPAL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />Releases aud'0uit-Claims to <br />SOUTH BEND SCREW PRODUCTS, INC., an Indiana corporation <br />pp ��yy ��?? -• Cn <br />of St. Joseph County in the State of Indiana <br />for and in consideration of $1.00 and other valuable consideration, the <br />receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following Real Lstate in <br />St. Joseph County in the State of Indiana, to wit: <br />All that part of a tract or parcel of land <br />=' <br />within the City of South Bend, bounded onZc <br />o :� <br />the North by Colfax Avenue, on the East by <br />-- <br />Ginz Avenue, on the South by Washington <br />Avenue, and on the West by the St. Joseph <br />River, which is South of a line Two Hundred <br />Seventy -Three (273) feet South of and <br />parallel to the South line of Colfax Avenue, <br />together with all buildings and parts of <br />-. <br />buildings thereon. <br />w <br />This deed is delivered particularly to release and quit -claim to South Bend <br />Screw Products, Inc. certain prior easements in favor of grantor permitting <br />the construction, operation, and maintenance of an intercept sewer as <br />provided in a certain Agreement of Easement dated August 15, 1960, and <br />recorded in the office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in <br />Deed Record 605 at Pages 457 to 460. The intent of this deed is to <br />extinguish forever the above described easements so that grantee and <br />assigns shall hereafter have and enjoy the said premises so granted, free <br />and absolutely discharged from such easements, and from all other easements <br />whatsoever belonging to grantor in said premises.
