EXHIBIT "A" <br />Project: Olive Road Brick Road Sheet 1 of 2 <br />Parcel: 6 Permanent Easement for Storm Sewer Installation and Maintenance <br />),,A part of Lot 16 in Landmark Business Park Section Six, Part Two in German Township,�City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, the plat of which is recorded in Instrument No. 9223882, in the Office of the Recorder of <br />St. Joseph County, Indiana, and being that part of the grantor's land lying within the easement lines <br />depicted on the attached Right-of-way Parcel Plat marked Exhibit "B", described as follows: <br />Commencing at the southwest corner of said lot; thence North 44 degrees 54 minutes 19 seconds West <br />25.00 feet (distance quoted from plat Instrument #9223882) along the southwestern line of said lot to an <br />arc being the west boundary of said lot; thence along said boundary Northeasterly 9.69 feet along said arc <br />to the left having a radius of 60.00 feet (distance quoted from plat Instrument #9223882) and subtended <br />by a long chord having a bearing of North 40 degrees 28 minutes l I seconds East and a length of 9.68 <br />feet to the point designated "5028" on said Exhibit "B" and the point of beginning of this description; <br />thence along said boundary Northeasterly 13.34 feet along said arc to the left having a radius of 60.00 feet <br />(distance quoted from plat Instrument 49223882) and subtended by a long chord having a bearing of <br />North 29 degrees 28 minutes 24 seconds East and a distance of 13.32 feet to the point designated "10076" <br />on said Exhibit "B"; thence South 0 degrees 27 minutes 23 seconds East 11.63 feet to the north line of a <br />50 foot utility easement as shown on said Landmark Business Park Section Six subdivision plat and the <br />point designated "5012" on said Exhibit `B"; thence North 89 degrees 39 minutes 41 seconds West 6.65 <br />feet along the north line of said easement to the point of beginning and containing 0.001 acres, more or <br />less. <br />This description was prepared for the City of South Bend, Indiana by DLZ Indiana, LLC and certified by <br />James Michael Lietzan, Indiana Registered Land Surveyor, License Number SO475, on the 14`h day of <br />June, 2004. <br />;e <br />mes Michael Lietzan <br />Indiana Registered Land Surveyor No. SO475 90 <br />c SWE OF e <br />
