UNITED CONSULTING ■ CITY OF SOUTH BEND ■ CE SERVICES FOR SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL AT KENNEDY ACADEMY ■ DES# 2201237 9 <br /> |City of South Bend CE Services for Safe Routes to School at Our Lady of Hungary <br />CLIENT: City of South Bend, IN <br />The project focused on enhancing sidewalks and curb ramps along key walking routes to schools within the Rum Village neighborhood. <br />Improvements extended westward from Olive Street to Main Street and northward along Ewing Street to Indiana Street. Upgrades at <br />over 15 major intersections included the construction of ADA-compliant ramps, adjustments to stormwater systems, and improvements <br />to alley and driveway transitions to ensure safer and more accessible pedestrian crossings. <br />APPROXIMATE CONSTRUCTION COST: $1.2M <br />SERVICES PROVIDED: <br /> ⊲Construction Inspection <br /> |Indianapolis DPW Safe Routes to Transit North <br />CLIENT: Indianapolis Dept. of Public Works, Marion Co., IN <br />The project included pedestrian intersection improvements within 1/2 mile of the BRT Redline within the boundaries of Meridian <br />Street from 25th St to 38th St, 38th St from Meridian St to College Ave, and College Ave from 38th St to 66th St. Major cross street <br />pedestrian improvements include ADA ramp construction, stormwater adjustments, and alley and drive transitions at more than <br />300 ramps. <br />APPROXIMATE CONSTRUCTION COST: $4.6M <br />SERVICES PROVIDED: <br /> ⊲Construction Inspection <br />City of South Bend CE Services for Safe Routes to School at Our Lady of Hungary Indianapolis DPW Safe Routes to Transit North <br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE
