Our frequent collaboration has given us a clear understanding of <br />the city’s expectations, internal review processes, and communication preferences. This familiarity allows us to navigate <br />procedures efficiently and deliver smooth, responsive project execution tailored to South Bend’s unique needs. <br />SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL NEAR <br />LASALLE INTERMEDIATE <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />This project involved sidewalk improvements <br />between Lasalle and Marquette School. The <br />improvements consisted of removing and <br />replacing sidewalks, curbs, approaches, curb <br />ramps, sod, trees, pavement marking, and <br />patching. <br />WARRICK COUNTY SAFE ROUTES TO <br />SCHOOL (SRTS) <br />WARRICK COUNTY, INDIANA <br />American Structurepoint provided construction <br />inspection services for the Warrick County <br />SRTS project (R-38918) in Indiana. The project <br />included constructing approximately 1.2 miles of <br />multi-use trail along Vann Road and Casey Road <br />to connect local schools and neighborhoods. <br />Additional improvements included a new trail <br />at Castle North Middle School and 800 feet <br />of sidewalk along State Road 261 to enhance <br />pedestrian access to Castle High School. These <br />enhancements support safer, more accessible <br />routes for students and the community. <br />ADA SIDEWALK AND <br />RAMP CONSTRUCTION <br />MONTICELLO, INDIANA <br />As part of our current LaPorte District <br />on-call contract, this project consisted of the <br />reconstruction of 25 curb ramps at various <br />locations throughout the Towns of North <br />Judson and Argos. Existing curb ramps were <br />removed, and new ADA compliant ramps were <br />installed; components of the work consisted <br />of concrete curb ramp, detectable warning <br />surface, compacted aggregate base, pavement <br />markings, and sod restoration.
