Jason Pace will serve as the project manager and project engineer/supervisor (PE/S) for this <br />project. With extensive experience—including multiple INDOT and LPA-funded roadway, trail, <br />and intersection improvement projects—Jason brings a proven record of field leadership and <br />technical compliance. A Purdue Fort Wayne graduate in Construction Engineering, he is both an <br />INDOT Certified technician and tester. <br />Jason is also trained in INDOT’s new project management system: AWP, which replaces <br />SiteManager on all projects let after May 2025. <br />Education & Training: <br />BS, Construction Engineering Technology | Purdue Fort Wayne <br />INDOT Certified Technician (Project Engineer/Supervisor: PE/S) <br />OSHA 30 <br />AWP Trained <br />Select Experience <br />Winona Ave., Argonne Rd., Kings Hwy | INDOT/LPA Project | Winona Lake, IN | | Lead project PE/S for intersection <br />improvements, including a 10' trail and teardrop roundabout with curb and gutter. His role involved pedestrian MOT, railroad <br />coordination, and community outreach. A&Z was able to keep the roadway open during construction. <br />Trail, Sidewalk & Pedestrian Bridge | Monroeville IN | Jason served as the PE/S for the inspection multi-use paths, trails, <br />sidewalks, z-channel crossings, mid-block crossings, and pedestrian railroad crossings along with a pedestrian bridge. <br />Trail & Sidewalk | Woodburn, IN | Jason served as the PE/S for a series of sidewalks and multi-use paths throughout the <br />town to improve connectivity. Part of the Stellar Grant funding, this project included federal funding. <br />Drake Rd. Corridor Overhaul | INDOT/LPA Project | Kendallville, IN | PE/S for a multiphase roadway overhaul that <br />included sidewalks, crossings, ADA compliance, crosswalks. He managed coordination with the railroad, city agencies, and <br />the community to navigate challenges in a dense residential area near East Noble Middle School (ENMS) and emergency <br />services. Pedestrian MOT was important for students attending ENMS. Also coordinated INDOT lighting standards <br />exemptions so that the City could have their signature style lighting. <br />Maplecrest Rd. Reconstruction, Phase II | Ft. He leads <br />inspection teams with a focus on quality, clear <br />communication, and timely delivery. Mark also <br />mentors junior staff and ensures consistency <br />across all projects.
