All rights reserved. <br /> <br />new equipment or infrastructure related to these items will not <br />be required for this project. <br />2.2.3.5.2 The implementation of new fiber, wireless, or radio <br />interconnect related infrastructure will not be required for this <br />project. <br />2.2.3.5.3 Detailed Maintenance of Traffic (MOT), Staged Construction, <br />and/or temporary traffic signal plans will not be required for <br />this project. <br />2.2.3.5.4 The review of existing traffic signal timing data or the <br />implementation of new traffic signal timings plans, at the <br />project intersection or any other intersection along MLK Dr. or <br />Western Ave., will not be required for this project. <br />2.2.4 Review existing topography survey base sheets. <br />2.2.5 Prepare a base traffic signal plans that reflects the locations of existing traffic <br />signal infrastructure and the installation of new traffic signal infrastructure at the <br />project intersection listed in Task 1.1. <br />2.2.6 Perform site visit to verify field conditions and placements of proposed <br />equipment. <br />2.2.7 Revise the base traffic signal plans based on changes recommended during the <br />site visit, and then submit as Preliminary traffic signal design plans to City for <br />approval and bidding. <br />2.2.8 Revise the Preliminary traffic signal plans per comments received from the City <br />and develop construction plans as part of the Final plans submittal. <br />2.2.9 Provide responses to requests for information regarding the traffic signal design <br />from potential Contractors during the bidding and construction phase of the <br />project. <br />2.2.10 Review equipment information sheets, shop drawings, and related information <br />submitted by the Contractor to confirm concurrence with the design intent and <br />applicable standards. <br /> <br />3.0 DECORATIVE STREET LIGHTING DESIGN – Western Avenue <br />3.1 Incorporate the lighting design on Western Avenue from MLK Jr. Boulevard to the new <br />Fellows Street in accordance with the scope outlined in Amendment No. 1. <br /> <br />4.0 LANDSCAPING DESIGN – Western Avenue <br />4.1 Incorporate the landscape design on Western Avenue from MLK Jr. Drive to the new <br />Fellows Street in accordance with the scope outlined in Amendment No. 1. <br /> <br />5.0 Services resulting from significant changes in the general scope, extent or character of the <br />Project or its design including, but not limited to, changes in size, complexity, CLIENT ’s <br />schedule, character of construction or method of financing; and revising previously accepted <br />studies, reports, design documents or Contract Documents when such revisions are required by <br />changes in laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, codes, or orders enacted subsequent to the <br />preparation of such studies, reports, or documents, or are due to any other causes beyond <br />CONSUTLANT’s control, shall require a change in work.
