<br /> Township, St.Joseph County, Indiana, and being all of Lot 1 as said lot is known and
<br /> designated on the Recorded Plat of I.P.C. Minor Subdivision, Recorded in Plat Book 28, Page
<br /> 1, in the St. Joseph County Recorder's Office; and also being a portion of lands conveyed to
<br /> the State of Indiana as described in Deed Record 688, Page 223, in said Recorder's Office;
<br /> and also being all of that land conveyed to State of Indiana as described in Instrument
<br /> Number 2021-13765; and a Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 37 North,
