16 <br />Infrastructure <br />Participants were asked to prioritize the types of in- <br />frastructure improvements that should be completed. <br />Streets received the most responses, followed closely <br />by sidewalks. <br />When asked about locations for improved infrastruc- <br />ture, street improvements identified were Portage <br />Ave. and several residential streets to the west of Por- <br />tage Ave. including Cushing, Sherman, Harrison, Allen, <br />and Blaine. Bike facility improvements were shown <br />as needed on Portage Ave., Angela Blvd., and along <br />Riverside Drive.
