NOTICE TO BIDDERS SALE OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY Notice is hereby given that the City of South Bend, Indiana, will receive sealed bids at the Office of the Board of Public Works, 13th Floor, County -City Building, Room 1316, 227 West Jefferson, South Bend, Indiana, until the hour of 9.30 a.m., on Monday, July 12, 2004 for the following parcel of real estate located in South Bend, Indiana: Key No. 18-2021-0630 133 Carlisle Lot 117 Clement Studebaker's Oak Grove First Addition The minimum accepted bid ainount will be $398.74 (Three Hundred Ninety -Eight 13011ars and Seventy --Four Cents). Pursuant to State statute, these properties may not be sold to a person who is ineligible under Section 16 (I.C. 36-1-11-16). Additionally, an offer to purchase property submitted by trust must identify each beneficiary of the trust and settlor empowered to revoke or modify the trust. The City of South Bend will not be responsible for any fees which may be incurred by a purchaser represented by a real estate agency. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept a frill or partial award of the bid or bids which, in its judgment, will be to the best interests of the City of South Bend. The Office of the Board of Public Works will record the appropriate Quit -Claim Deed in the same of the successful purchaser with the St. Joseph County Recorder's Office.
