We have received your payment of $425.00 <br />Please sign the Purchase Agreement and return it along with a check in the amount of $73.95 <br />for the advertising of this property, which was not included in the purchase price. Please make the <br />check out to "City of South Bend". A Quit Claim Deed will then be prepared and recorded.
