The motion carried. <br />BILL NO. 122 -88 - Leaf Burning <br />Council Member Duda made a motion to set this bill for second reading and public <br />hearing October 9, 1989, seconded by Council Member Luecke. The motion carried. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Joe Guentert - 3510 Corby Blvd., spoke regarding the leaf collection program. He <br />stated that he would like to see grass clippings also allowed in the pick -up. <br />Nancy Wroblewski - 1218 Kessler P1., spoke regarding "Banning Leaf Burning." She <br />would like to have a ban on burning with exceptions to those people who have too <br />numerous to bag. <br />
