the Indiana Department of Commerce Investment Incentive Program. The receipt of the grant money by the State will be conditioned upon the full sum of the grant being used by the City directly for this project. Upon receipt, the State Grant money will be placed in the City's Economic Development State Grant Fund. The money will be used for the purchase of machinery and equipment as specified in the State Grant Agreement. Council Member Zakrzewski made a motion to adopt this resolution, seconded by Council Member Coleman. The resolution was adopted by a roll call vote of nine ayes.
