Council Member Coleman made a motion to set this bill <br />for second reading and public hearing September 12, and refer it to the Public Works <br />Committee, seconded by Council Member Slavinskas. The motion carried. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />Council Member Puzzello indicated the August 29 meeting would be held at 4:30 p.m. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Joseph Guentert, 3510 Corby, spoke regarding compost. <br />Robert Watkins, South Bend Citizens United, spoke regarding the Scattered Sites <br />Housing Program.
