14 <br />EXHIBIT B <br />Project Plan <br />The Developers will complete the following work in accordance with the terms and <br />conditions of this Agreement and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations: <br />The Developers will complete the development of certain property to renovate two existing <br />commercial buildings at 530 S. Michigan Street and 516 S. Michigan Street, specifically: <br />•530 S. Michigan Street: <br />o Provide a minimum of one (1) commercial space for rent which has received <br />an individual Certificate of Occupancy from the St. Joseph County Building <br />Department <br />o Have a minimum of one (1) active business operating within space <br />•516 S. Michigan Street: <br />o Provide a minimum of one (1) commercial space for rent which has received <br />an individual Certificate of Occupancy from the St. Joseph County Building <br />Department <br />o Have a minimum of one (1) active business operating within space <br />•Expend a minimum of $2,200,000 in restoration of the total Property <br />The Developers will complete the work contemplated herein in accordance with the terms <br />and conditions of this Agreement and in compliance with all applicable laws and <br />regulations. <br />The structures will be considered complete upon the issuance of Certificates of Occupancy.
