REGULAR MEETING <br />.fJ Q <br />APRIL 11, 1988 <br />VAIL'S ADDITION TO THE TOWN (NOW CITY) OF SOUTH BEND, <br />ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, INDIANA. <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Niezgodski made a motion to <br />set this bill for second reading and public hearing May 9, and refer it to <br />the Zoning and Vacation Committee, seconded by Council Member Coleman. <br />The motion carried. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />Council Member Luecke made a motion to set the April 25 meeting of the <br />Council at 3:30 p.m., seconded by Council Member Coleman. The motion <br />carried. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Joseph Guentert, 3510 Corby, indicated the alley paving program has been a <br />failure and it should be discontinued. <br />James Cronk, 702 E. LaSalle, indicated he could not understand why the <br />Building Department found it necessary to refer plans downstate before <br />they issued a building permit. <br />Irene Mutzl, 320 Parkovash, asked how many vicious dogs had been licensed. <br />Ralph Johnson, 734 N. Cushing, asked why the tickets for the games at <br />Coveleski Stadium were not printed locally. <br />James Coffelt, 1215 S. 33rd., indicated the City had bad water. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council, unfinished or <br />new, Council Member Coleman made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council <br />Member Puzzello.
