Ireland Road, and which is more particularly described as follows: <br />PARCEL I: Beginning at a point on the North line of the Southeast Quarter of <br />Section 25, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, 836.3 feet West of the Northeast <br />corner of said Southeast quarter;
