EIVAIW <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />Council Member Beck asked that a Public Works Committee meeting be scheduled <br />regarding trash pick up. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Council Member Taylor indicated he was opposed to Bill No. 101 -87 to rezone property <br />at Jackson and Miami. He indicated the highest and best use of that property would <br />be single family swellings or condos. Council Member Barcome indicated he was also <br />opposed to this rezoning. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Gil McCurdie, 1307 Altgeld, spoke regarding five children that were hit by a vehicle <br />at Ewing and Twyckenham. He indicated he was the father of two of the children.
