He <br />indicated there is $1,900,000 in capitol improvements and perhaps those funds could <br />be used to reduce the increase to $ .16. Council Member Beck made a motion to <br />continue public hearing on Bill No. 76 -87 in the Council portion, seconded by <br />Council Member Taylor. The motion carried. The motion carried. <br />BILL NO. 81 -87 A BILL APPROPRIATING $14,225.00 RECEIVED FROM THE INDIANA STATE <br />DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES, EMERGENCY SHELTER GRANT. <br />This bill had first reading.
