Council Member Braboy made a motion to set this bill <br />for public hearing August 24, and refer it to the Personnel and Finance Committee, <br />seconded by Council Member Barcome. The motion carried. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Joseph Guentert, 3510 Corby, complimented on the cleanliness of the City for the <br />Special Olympics. He asked if the stadium was finished. <br />Irene Mutzl, 320 Parkovash, spoke regarding the fact that the budget no longer <br />indicates who has City cars. <br />Wana Knight, 510 Leland, spoke regarding the enforcement of the noise ordinance. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council, unfinished or new, <br />Council Member Barcome made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Member Taylor. <br />The motion carried and the meeting was adjourned at 5:55 p.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />APPROVED: <br />res ent <br />
