James Knepp, attorney, indicated North American Signs, Inc., planned to relocate their facility to 3601 Lathrop Street. He inaicated the new fac�.ity will cost approximately they will hire thirty new employees. Council Member Barcome made aMotionOtoOadoptd this resolution, seconded by Council Member Zakrzewski. The resolution was adopte4 by a roll call vote of nine -yes. Council MF -mnar Zakrzewski made a motion to combine public hearing on the next two resolutions, seconded by Council Member Taylor.
