<br />less, to the East line of the aforesaid West Half (1/2) of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (1/4) of said Section 15; thence

<br />PARCEL II - Beginning at a point 308.9 feet North and 30 feet West of the
<br />center of Section 15, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, thence North along
<br />the West line of Olive Street, a distance of 102.7 feet to the South line
<br />of the St. Joseph, South Bend and Southern Railroad Co.'s right of way;
<br />thence West along the South line of said company's right of way, a distance
<br />of 635.2 feet to the West line of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of
<br />the Northwest Quarter of said Section 15; thence South 146.2 feet; thence
<br />East 477.8 feet; thence North 25 feet 9 inches; thence East 157.4 feet to
<br />the West line of Olive Street; thence North 19 feet 3 inches to the place
<br />of beginning, all in Section 15, Township 37 North, Range 2 East.

<br />the intersection of the South line of the right of way now or formerly
<br />owned by St. Joseph, South Bend and Southern Railroad Company with the said
<br />East line of the West One -Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest
<br />Quarter of Section 15, said point of intersection being 411.6 feet North of
<br />and 665.2 feet West of the center of said Section 15; thence South along
<br />the said East line of the West One -Half of the Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Northwest Quarter of Section 15, 177.25 feet, more or less, to a point in a
<br />line parallel to and distant 26.5 feet Northerly, by rectangular
<br />measurement, from the East and West center line of said Section 15; thence
<br />West along said parallel line 663 feet, more or less, to a point in the
<br />West line of the said West One -Half of the Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Northwest Quarter of said Section 15; thence North along said West line of

<br />follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter (1/4)
<br />of said Northwest Quarter (1/4); thence West along the South line of the
<br />said Southwest Quarter (1/4) of the said Northwest Quarter (1/4) a distance
<br />of 1327.393 feet to an iron pin at the Southwest corner of said Southwest
<br />Quarter (1/4) of said Northwest Quarter (1/4); thence North along the West
<br />line of said Southwest Quarter (1/4) of said Northwest Quarter (1/4) a
<br />distance of 395.098 feet to an iron pin in the South right of way line of
<br />the right of way now or formerly owned by said St. Joseph, South Bend and
<br />Southern Railroad Company; thence East along the South right of way line of
<br />said St. Joseph, South Bend and Southern Railroad
<br />PARCEL VI - Beginning at a point on the West line of Kaley Street at the
<br />intersection of the South right of way line of St. Joseph, South Bend and
<br />Southern Railroad, thence South along the West line of Kaley Street, Four
<br />Hundred Two and Ninety- Hundredths (402.90) feet, more or less to the
<br />East -West center line of Section 15, Township 37 North, Range 2 East;
<br />thence East on said East -West center line Thirty (30) feet to the center
