44 <br />REGULAR MEETING MARCH 9 1987 <br />Michael Kuminecz, 631 Brookfield, spoke regarding the City not impounding a dog <br />after he was bit. He indicated dogs should be impounded in a proper facility in <br />order to protect the victim. <br />Douglas Kline, 63551 Miami, owner of Powers Discount Drugs, indicated he was not <br />satisfied with the treatment he received from Redevelopment. He indicated that <br />Redevelopment has subsidized his competitor, Osco's. <br />Wayne Wirts, 1889 Riverside Drive, spoke regarding City government. <br />Ken Donnelly, 2605 Fredricks, spoke regarding the stadium. <br />Ralph Johnson, 630 E.
