WAR <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />OCTOBER 26, 1992 <br />BILL NO. 87 -92 A BILL OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT REVENUE REFUNDING <br />BONDS (REGENCY PLACE PROJECT). <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Coleman made a motion to refer this <br />bill to the Personnel & Finance Committee and set if for public hearing and third <br />reading on November 9, seconded by Council Member Duda. The motion carried. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />Council Member Puzzello made a motion to set Bill Nos. 21,71, 75 -92 for public <br />hearing on November 9, and refer them to the Zoning and Vacation Committee, seconded <br />by Council Member Duda. The motion carried. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Jim Cierzniak, 1156 E. Victoria, spoke against the College Football Hall of Fame. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council unfinished or new, <br />Council Member Puzzello made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Member <br />Coleman.
