Ernest Szarwark, attorney <br />for the petitioner, made the presentation. He indicated this company is a plastic <br />firm and they plan to acquire a low pressure molding compounder, that will enable <br />them to produce more of their product and remain competitive in the market. Roman <br />Kowalski, 802 Birchwood, spoke against this abatement. Council Member Coleman made <br />a motion to adopt this resolution, seconded by Council Member Ladewski The <br />resolution was adopted by a roll call vote of nine ayes. <br />Council Member Coleman made a motion to combine public hearing on resolutions 91 -30 <br />and 31, seconded by Council member Duda.
