A POINT WHICH IS APPROXIMATELY 10 FEET WEST OF THE 1ST <br />NORTH /SOUTH ALLEY EAST OF NOTRE DAME AVENUE, ALL IN "SORIN'S 1ST <br />ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF LOWELL." <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Slavinskas made a motion to refer this <br />bill to the Zoning and Vacation Committee and set it for public hearing and third <br />reading March 23, seconded by Council Member Duda. The motion carried. <br />BILL NO. 19 -92 A BILL AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED BETWEEN <br />3425 LINCOLN WAY WEST AND 3427 LINCOLN WAY WEST IN THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Puzzello made a motion to refer this <br />bill to Area Plan, seconded by Council Member Washington. The motion carried. <br />BILL NO. 20 -92 A BILL OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />APPROPRIATING $175,000.00 FROM THE STANLEY COVELESKI REGIONAL <br />STADIUM FUND. <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Puzzello made a motion to refer this <br />bill to the Parks Committee and set it for public hearing and third reading March <br />23, seconded by Council Member Washington. The motion carried. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />The following people spoke against the option tax. Joyce Boaler, 1606 Hillsdale; <br />Steve Rutkowski, 517 30th; Jim Rossow, 53100 Poppy Rd.; Peggy Rossow, 53100 Poppy <br />Rd.; Lee Brummit, 1125 Diamond Ave.; Kelly Havens, 12032 Timberline Trace; Ralph <br />Johnson, 734 N. Cushing; Linda Petill, 74677 Lindy Dr.; Roman Kowalski, 802 <br />Birchwood; Otis Romine, 19222 Summers Dr. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council unfinished or new, <br />Council Member Coleman made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Member <br />Ladewski.
