A total of$197,789 <br /> was expended on meals and services for persons residing at Motels4Now, a continuing service which <br /> began as the City's response to establishing a facility for those who are unhoused that did not utilize the <br /> congregate shelter model to address challenges related to the spread of COVID-19 in congregate <br /> shelters. Two of those census tracts are <br /> located in the Near Northwest and Near West Side neighborhoods.The City also identified census tracts <br /> 19 and 20 as areas of greatest need based on the data and the foreseen likelihood of foreclosures. <br /> Additionally, the geographic allocation of resources was based upon: <br /> • History of the City's focus/redevelopment and support of Community <br /> Development Corporations(CDCs) <br /> • Areas of need per NSP determinations <br /> CAPER 16 <br /> OMB Control No:2506-0117(exp.09/30/2021) <br />
