A M E R ESCO Energy Solutions <br />For Every Need <br />Ameresco, Inc, ("Ameresco") is pleased to provide this response to the City of South Bend, Indiana Request for <br />Qualifications for solar PV at the Fire Station and MLK Dream <br />Center, and commends you on your efforts to implement a <br />turnkey utility conservation program. This program will assist <br />the City in reaching its Climate Action Plan goal of greenhouse <br />gas reduction (GHG) of 26% by 2025 and will include a pathway <br />towards a 45% GHG reduction by 2035. We will work closely <br />with the City to ensure the successful development and <br />implementation of a solar PV and energy efficiency project with <br />transparent financial reporting, manufacturer independent <br />recommendations, minimal operations and occupant disruption, <br />comprehensive training, completed incentive applications and <br />supporting documentation, and achievement of participation <br />goals. As a vendor agnostic, turnkey guaranteed energy savings <br />contract provider with over $14 billion in projects primarily <br />focused on energy, we feel that we are the best firm to help the <br />City of South Bend reach its goals. <br />Solar Experience Renewable Expertise <br />Ameresco is a leading cleantech integrator and renewable <br />energy asset developer, owner, and operator. Ameresco looks forward to working with the <br />City to develop the best project possible while meeting the City's goals. Ameresco can provide the City of South Bend with <br />a comprehensive turnkey key project at both the Central Fire Station and MLK Dream Center. As instructed by the RFQ, we <br />have priced these projects separately, so that the City can choose to move forward with only one project.
