Jefferson Boulevard, 13th Floor South Bend, IN 46601 The purpose of this Pre -Proposal Conference is to discuss the Request for Proposals (RFP), issued on November 22, 2024, for Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) Services for Madison Lifestyle District - Phase I Parking Garage under Indiana Code 5-32. The RFP can be accessed at httj)s://southbendin.gov/invitations-to-bid-city-contracts/. The goal of this Conference is to answer any questions regarding the RFP, provide an understanding of the contract structure, as well as a brief overview of the proposal submission requirements and evaluation criteria, and provide guidance from the Department of Engineering. A copy of the meeting minutes will be made available to all firms registered for this project on the southbendin.gov website. The notes are not intended to reiterate everything discussed in the meeting but identify those points that may affect an offerors' understanding of the solicitation. No oral statement made by City representatives during the conference will have the effect of amending the solicitation. In the event discussions during the conference indicate a need to change the solicitation, an amendment to the RFP will be issued in writing to all registered firms.
