White—Aye <br /> Councilmember Rachel Tomas Morgan—Aye <br /> UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> Councilmember Dr. Davis requested an update regarding the train horn that frequently sounds near <br /> Walnut Street in South Bend. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Council President McBride stated that all draft committee reports for 2024 are due to the Clerk's <br /> office by December 10, 2024. <br /> Bianca Tirado, City Clerk,with offices on the 41"floor of the County-City building, stated that she <br /> will be sending an email with guidelines for committee reports. All reports are due by December <br /> 31,2024. To ensure timely completion, the City Clerk's will support in finalizing them and then <br /> post them online for public access. <br /> Council Vice President Niezgodski informed the Council that Amy Hill has been retained for <br /> another five (5) years on the Transpo Board of Directors. Council Vice President Niezgodski also <br /> mentioned that the Connect Transit plans are in place, new signage should be up by the end of the <br /> year, and the Passio system, which provides live bus location data, is now operational. <br /> PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br /> 16 <br />
