<br />A public hearing was held on the resolution at this time. Mark Baker, 803 Park Ave., 
<br />made the presentation for the resolutions. He indicated they were requesting these 
<br />abatements in order to purchase additional equipment. Council Member Coleman made a 
<br />motion to adopt Resolution No. 2261 -95, seconded by Council Member Duda. The 
<br />resolution was adopted by a roll call vote of nine ayes. Council Member Kelly made a

<br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN AREAS WITHIN THE CITY OF 
<br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, COMMONLY KNOWN AS PARCEL 16, SOUTHEAST 
<br />CORNER OF GARST STREET AND LAFAYETTE BOULEVARD, TO BE AN 
<br />ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA FOR PURPOSES OF A SIX (6) YEAR 
<br />REAL PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR DENNIS R. REINER (DBA:

<br />(WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, has adopted a 
<br />Declaratory Resolution designating certain areas within the City as Economic 
<br />Revitalization Areas for the purpose of tax abatement consideration; and
