Jeff Rinard, Deputy <br />Controller, made the presentation for the resolution. He indicated this was the <br />first time the Council has been asked to approve this type of lease /purchase. He <br />indicated that in 1995 they are looking at a lease /purchase of $1,500,000, and will <br />be working with 1st Source to put together a package that meets all legal and <br />practical considerations. Council Member Puzzello made a motion to adopt this <br />resolution, seconded by Council Member Duda. The motion carried. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Jim Cierzniak, 1156 E. Victoria, spoke regarding a consultant fee of $12,500 paid by <br />the city to tell them that we need the County Option Tax. <br />Council Member Luecke reported that Keller Park has playground equipment for the <br />disabled, thanks to the Park Department and the residents who raised money for this <br />equipment. <br />
