<br />the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following described Real
<br />Estate in St. Joseph County in the State of Indiana, to -wit:
<br />A tract of land being a part of the Northeast One Quarter (.1/4), of
<br />the Northeast One; Quart,2r (1/4) of Section 15, Township 37 North, Range 2
<br />East, St. Joseph County, Indiana. Also being known as the North 13.25
<br />feet of a parcel of land deeded to the School City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana, as recorded in the Office of the Recorder, St. Joseph County,
<br />Indiana in Deed Record Book 452, Page 309, more particularly described as
<br />follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the South line of Sample Street 16.5 feet
<br />South and 430.00 feet West from the Northeast Corner of said Section 15,
<br />thence West along the South line of said Sample Street a distance of
<br />410.00 feet; thence South 13.25 feet; thence East 410.00 feet parallel
<br />with the South line of Sample Street; thence North 13.25 feet to the
<br />.point of beginning, containing 5,432.5 square feet (0,1247 acres).
<br />Parcel Number 5 as shown on the Construction Plans, Highway Project
<br />No. R & S 53, Sample Street, from Chapin Street to Olive Street.
<br />Also, a tract of land being a part of the Northeast One Quarter
<br />(1/4) of Section 15, and the Northwest One Quarter (1/4) of Section 14,
<br />all of Township 37 North, Range 2 East, St. Joseph County, Indiana. Also
<br />being known as the North 13.25 feet of a parcel of land deeded to the
<br />School City of South Bend, Indiana, as recorded in the Office of the St.
<br />Joseph County Recorder in Deed Record Book 154, Page 103, more parti-
<br />cularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the South Line of Sample Street, said South
<br />Line also being 16.5 feet south of the North Line of the Northwest One
<br />Quarter (l/4) of said Section 14, and point being 1208 feet West of a
<br />point where the East Line of State Banks Out Lot Number 102, if extended
<br />South would intersect with the South Line of said Sample Street; thence
<br />West 330.00 feet along the said South Line of Sample Street to the Fast
<br />Line of Humphries Ct.; thence South along said East line of Humphries
<br />Ct., a distance of 13.25 feet; thence East on a line parallel with the
<br />said South Line of Sample Street, a distance of 330 00 feet; thence North
<br />13.25 feet to the point of beginning, containing 4,372.5 square fi:et
<br />(0.1004 acres) .
