Lacay, one of the mortgagors named in mortgage heretofore executed <br />by Lacay Fabrication & Manufacturing, Inc., (an Indiana Corporation), to <br />Farmers State Bank, LaPaz, Marshall County, Indiana, duly and legally recorded <br />as DocUnent No. 7711008, of the Records of St. Joseph County, Indiana, the <br />within named mortgagee hereby releases from said mortgage that portion of the <br />real estate described therein as follows, to wit: <br />A tract of land being a part of the North part of the Northwest One Quarter <br />(1/4) of Section 14, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, St. Joseph County, <br />Indiana. Also being known as the North 12.75 feet of a tract of Land deeded <br />to Joseph J. Lacay and Mary Ann T. Lacay, husband and wife, as recorded in <br />the Office of the St. Joseph County Recorder on Film, Numbered 77-12313, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the South line of Sample Street, said South Line <br />being 16.5 feet South of the North Line of the Northwest One Quarter of said <br />Section 14, and point being 350.00 feet West of a point where the East Line <br />of Out Lots of the Town, now City of South Bend, platted by the State Bank of <br />Indiana would intersect if extended South, with the South Line of Sample <br />Street; thence West along said South Line of Sample Street a distance of <br />132.00 feet; thence South 12.75 feet; thence East parallel to the said South <br />Line of Sample Street a distance of 132.00 feet; thence North 12.75 feet to <br />the point of beginning, containing 1,683.0 square feet (0.0386 acres). <br />This Partial Release shall not affect, modify or change any of the conditions <br />named in said mortgage, except as to the release of that portion of that real <br />estate hereinbefore described. <br />IN WINESS WHEREOF, BURL L.
