Lacay <br />of St. Joseph County, in the State -of <br />Indiana <br />Convey and Warrant to The City of South Bend, of <br />St. Joseph County, in the State of Indiana, for and in consideration <br />o f Five thousand and no/100 ($5 ,000.00 ) Do l i a r s <br />the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following described Real <br />Estate in St. Joseph County in the State of Indiana, to -wit: <br />A tract of land being a part of the North part of the Northwest One <br />Quarter (1/4) of Section 14, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, St. Joseph <br />County, Indiana. Also being known as the North 12.75 feet of a tract of <br />land deeded to Joseph J. Lacay and Mary Ann T.
