3• fmay. <br />Is' l <br />Taxing Unit � P r o j e c t: R& S 53 <br />-a741 Parcel No. 9 <br />Page 1 of 2 pages <br />W A R R A N T Y D E E D <br />THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, That Ivy Tech Foundation, a non-profit <br />corporation of Indiana, <br />of St. Joseph County, in the State of Indiana <br />Convey and Warrant to The City of South Bend, of <br />St. Joseph County, in the State of Indiana, for and in consideration <br />of Six Thousand and no/100 ($ 6,000.00)Dollars <br />the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following described Real <br />Estate in St. Joseph County in the State of Indiana, to -wit: <br />A tract of land being a part of the Northeast One Quarter (1/4), of <br />the Northeast One Quarter (1/4) of Section 15, Township 37 North, Range 2 <br />East, St. Joseph County, Indiana. Also being known as the North 13.25 <br />feet of a parcel of land deeded to Ivy Tech Foundation of Indiana, as <br />recorded in the Office of the Recorder, St. Joseph County, Indiana, in <br />Deed Record Book 765, Page 341 more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the South line of Sample Street 16.5 feet <br />South and 250.2 feet West from the Northeast Corner of said Section 15, <br />thence West along the South line of said Sample Street a distance of <br />45.00 feet; thence South 13.25 feet; thence East 45.00 feet parallel with <br />the South line of Sample Street; thence North 13.25 feet to the point of <br />beginning, containing 596.25 square feet (0.0137 acres). <br />Parcel Number 9 as shown on the Construction Plans, Highway Project <br />No. R & S 53, Sample Street, from Chapin Street to Olive Street. <br />The grantor shall clear and convey free of all leases, licenses, or <br />other interests both legal and equitable, and all encumbrances of any <br />kind or character on, in and under said land as conveyed. <br />The undersigned certifies that no Indiana Gross Income Tax is due as a result <br />of this transaction. <br />DULY ENTERED ERF.D FOR TA.XATK)N <br />r .
