Welter, an undivided one- <br />half (1/2) interest, Louis B. Sclamberg, an undivided one-fourth (1/4)'y` <br />interest, and Simon W. Sclamberg, an undivided one-fourth (1/4) <br />interest as tenants in Common. <br />of St. Joseph County, in the State of Indiana <br />Convey and Warrant to The City of South Bend, of <br />St. Joseph County, in the State of Indiana, for and in consideration <br />of One Thousand Five Hundred and no/100 ($1,500.00 )Dollars <br />the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following described Real <br />Estate in St. Joseph County in the State of Indiana, to -wit: <br />A tract of land triangular in shape being a part of that part of <br />Bank Out Lot 104 of the Second Plat of Out Lots of the Town, now City of <br />South Bend, Platted by the State Bank of Indiana and deeded to William J. <br />Welter, an undivided one-half (1/2) interest, Louis B. Sclamberg, an <br />undivided one-fourth (1/4) interest, and Simon W.
