Burns. <br />My original bid of $50.00 is still good. <br />I feel this is a fair offer for several reasons. The sidewalk on this <br />property is severely deteriorated and will have to be replaced. <br />A large dead tree and a large dead stump will have to be removed. <br />If I purchase 1118 N. Burns the necessary improvements WILL be made. <br />The cost of these improvements could be several thousand dollars. <br />I own the house to the south of 1118 N. Burns. Over the past seven <br />months I have made 10,000.00 of necessary improvements to that property. <br />It is my sincere intention to improve this distressed area of South <br />Bend. I am a active member of the Northeast Side Neighborhood Asso. <br />Housing Committee. <br />Any improvements made to 1118 N.
