6 <br />formalities in bidding which are not mandatory requirements. <br /> <br /> <br />Execution of Contract <br />Upon award of the bid by the Commission, the successful Applicant shall enter into a Real <br />Estate Purchase Agreement with the Commission for the purchase and development of <br />said property within 30 days of notice of acceptance. the Real Estate Purchase Agreement <br />will provide for the conveyance of the property therein, upon payment of the full purchase <br />price, which shall be transferred by special warranty deed containing certain restrictions, <br />including, but not limited to, a prohibition on the future use of the property as a self-storage <br />facility, car wash, or gas station.
