REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 26, 1996 <br />Hurst, President of Management Consortium, made the presentation <br />for the resolution. He indicated they propose to build a four <br />story, 150 room, full service hotel which will overlook the <br />Blackthorn Golf Course. Ann Kolata, Redevelopment spoke in favor <br />of this resolution. Council Member Coleman made a motion to adopt <br />this resolution, seconded by Council Member Hosinski. The <br />resolution was adopted by a roll call vote of nine ayes. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2341 -96 A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ADOPTION <br />OF A DECLARATORY RESOLUTION <br />DESIGNATING CERTAIN AREAS WITHIN THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS 3702 W.
