Council Member Hosinski reported that this bill had no <br />recommendation from the Zoning and Annexation Committee, due to a <br />lack of a quorum. Jim Voll, Area Plan, advised that the <br />petitioner was requesting that this property be zoned "A <br />residential to allow a single family residence. He advised that <br />the Area Plan Commission sends this petition to the Council with <br /># favorable recommendation. Marie Smith 1518 N. Sheridan, <br />indicated she was representing Bernice Billingsley the <br />petitioner, made the presentation for the bill.
