REGULAR MEETING <br />JULY 27, 19 9 8 <br />MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND BY THE <br />INCLUSION OF NEW ARTICLE 11 ENTITLED REGULATIONS <br />ADDRESSING TATTOO, BODY PIERCING, SCARIFYING AND <br />BRANDING ESTABLISHMENTS AND PERSONNEL <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Pfeifer made a <br />motion to set this bill for public hearing and third reading on <br />August 24, and refer it to the Health and Public Safety <br />Committee, seconded by Council Member Aranowski. The motion <br />carried. -1 .; <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />Council Member Broden made a motion to set Bill No. 48 -98 for <br />public hearing and third reading on August 10, 1998, and refer it <br />to the Zoning and Vacation Committee, seconded by Council Member <br />Varner. The motion carried. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Jim Cierzinak, 1155 E.
