<br />Indiana, and which is more particularly
<br />Lots Numbered 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76 and 77 as
<br />shown on the recorded plat of Clement Studebaker's Oak Grove
<br />Subdivision in the City of South Bend, recorded in Plat Book 7,
<br />page 4 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana.
<br />EXCEPTION TO PARCEL I
<br />A part of Lots Numbered 67 and 68 as shown on the recorded plat of
<br />Clements Studebaker's Oak Grove Subdivision in the City of South
<br />Bend, which part is bounded by a line running as follows: beginning
<br />at a point 35 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Lot
<br />Numbered 67; thence running West 36 feet: thence South to the South
<br />line of said Lot Numbered 68, thence East on said South line 36
<br />feet; thence North to the place of beginning.

<br />an investigation and prepared a report with information sufficient
<br />for the Common Council to determine that the area qualifies as an
