<br />Mr. Zock informed the Council that he wishes to build a residential structure at 2313 West Ewing
<br />Avenue which will be a two (2) bedroom, two (2) bathroom house with a two (2) car garage.
<br />A Public Hearing was held on this Resolution at this time.
<br />There being no one present wishing to speak to the Council either in favor of or in opposition to this
<br />Resolution, Councilmember Aranowski made a motion to adopt this Resolution. Councilmember
<br />King seconded the motion which carried and the Resolution was adopted by a roll call vote of nine
<br />(9) ayes.

<br />PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE, 1200 BLOCK OF
<br />MARIETTA STREET, 600 BLOCK OF WENGER STREET
<br />AND 1200 BLOCK OF RUSH STREET RESIDENTIALLY
<br />DISTRESSED AREAS FOR PURPOSES OF A FIVE (5)
<br />YEAR RESIDENTIAL REAL PROPERTY TAX
<br />ABATEMENT FOR SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT
<br />COMMISSION, CITY OF SOUTH BEND BOARD OF
<br />PUBLIC WORKS AND AMERICAN HOME DREAMS,
<br />INC.
<br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South Bend, adopted Resolution No. 2633 -
<br />98 designating certain areas within the City as Residentially Distressed Areas for the purposes of a
<br />five (5) year real property tax abatement on June 22, 1998; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South Bend, adopted Resolution No. 2653-
<br />98 confirming the adoption
<br />of the declaratory Resolution for these properties on
<br />July 27, 1998; and
<br />WHEREAS, due
<br />to a replat of the project area, the street addresses and
<br />legal descriptions
