Councilmember Hosinski seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of nine (9) <br />ayes. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2793-99 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND DESIGNATING CERTAIN <br />AREAS WITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, COMMONLY KNOWN AS 4401 WEST <br />CLEVELAND ROAD EXTENSION AN ECONOMIC <br />REVITALIZATION AREA FOR PURPOSES OF A FIVE <br />(5) YEAR PERSONAL PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT <br />FOR ADAPTO - INDIANA, INC. <br />WHEREAS, a petition for personal property tax abatement consideration has been filed with <br />the City Clerk for consideration by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />requesting that the area commonly known as 4401 West Cleveland Road Extension, South Bend, <br />Indiana, and which is more particularly described as follows: <br />A part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 38 North, Range 2 East described as <br />follows: Commencing at an iron pipe marking the North Quarter Section corner of said Section 21; <br />thence West, on the North line of said Section and the centerline of Brick Road, 1322.04 feet; thence <br />South 530 feet; thence West, parallel with the North line of said Section, 138.98 feet; thence South <br />445 feet, more or less to the place of beginning; thence continuing South 1218 feet more or less to <br />a point on the Northerly right of way line on the new Cleveland Road; thence Westerly along said <br />Northerly right of way 550.29 feet to the Southeast corner of Trans Tech Properties Minor <br />Subdivision, recorded as Document Number 8614287; thence North 795.17 feet to the Northeast <br />corner of said Subdivision; thence West along the North line of said Plat 561.72 feet to the <br />Northwest corner of said Subdivision; thence North 260 feet, more or less; thence East to the place <br />of beginning. <br />and this property had Key Number 25- 1013 - 020704, be designated as an Economic <br />Revitalization Area under the provisions of Indiana Code 6 -1.1 -12.1 et sea., and South Bend <br />Municipal Code Sections 2 -76 et seg., and; <br />
