REGULAR MEETING JULY 26, 1999 be between one thousand four hundred (1,400) square feet and one thousand eight hundred (1,800) square feet. Mr. Goossens stated that the ranch style houses would be at a minimum one thousand four hundred (1,400) square feet and the two -story houses would be a minimum of one thousand eight hundred (1,800) square feet. He noted that these fall within the range of other homes in the subdivision and they hope to build homes that are as economically sound, or better, at this point. He confirmed that these houses will be site built stick houses. The motion carried and the Resolution was adopted by a roll call vote of eight (8) ayes. RESOLUTION NO. 2769-99 RESOLUTION NO. 2770 -99 Councilmember Hosinski made a motion that these Resolutions be combined for Public Hearing purposes. Councilmember Aranowski seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of eight (8) ayes. RESOLUTION NO. 2769-99 A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ADOPTION OF A DECLARATORY RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN AREAS WITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, COMMONLY KNOWN AS 4747 AND 4775 AMERITECH DRIVE AN ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA FOR PURPOSES OF A FIVE (5) YEAR PERSONAL PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR DYNAMIC INDUSTRIES, INC. WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, has adopted a Declaratory Resolution designating certain areas within the City as Economic Revitalization Areas for the purpose of tax abatement consideration; and WHEREAS, a Declaratory Resolution designated the area commonly known as 4747 and 4775 Ameritech Drive and which is more particularly described as follows: ADDRESS LEGAL DESCRIPTION 4747 Ameritech Dr. LOT 7 OF U.S. 31 INDUSTRIAL PARK SECTION ONE RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT 9743763 IN THE OFFICE OF THE ST. JOSEPH COUNTY RECORDER, INDIANA 4775 Ameritech Dr. LOT 8 OF U.S. 31 INDUSTRIAL PARK SECTION TWO RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT 9846535 IN THE OFFICE OF THE ST. JOSEPH COUNTY RECORDER, INDIANA as an Economic Revitalization Area; and KEY NUMBER 25 -1016- 0600.10 25 -1016- 0600.11 WHEREAS, notice of the adoption of a Declaratory Resolution and the public hearing before the Council has been published pursuant to Indiana Code 6 -1.1- 12.1 -2.5; and WHEREAS, the Council held a public hearing for the purposes of hearing all remonstrances and objections from interested persons; and WHEREAS, the Council has determined that the qualifications for an economic revitalization area have been met. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows:
