REGULAR MEETING JULY 26, 1999 <br />As the Petitioner was not present to address the Council concerning this Resolution, Councilmember <br />Hosinski made a motion to continue this Resolution until the August 9, 1999 regular meeting of the <br />Council. Councilmember Sniadecki seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of eight (8) <br />ayes. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2767-99 A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ADOPTION OF A <br />DECLARATORY RESOLUTION DESIGNATING <br />CERTAIN AREAS WITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, COMMONLY KNOWN AS 2442 JACLYN <br />COURT AN ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA FOR <br />PURPOSES OF A THREE (3) YEAR REAL PROPERTY <br />TAX ABATEMENT FOR JTG DEVELOPMENT INC. <br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, has adopted a <br />Declaratory Resolution designating certain areas within the City as Economic Revitalization Areas <br />for the purpose of tax abatement consideration; and <br />WHEREAS, a Declaratory Resolution designated the area commonly known as 2442 Jaclyn <br />Court, South Bend, Indiana, and which is more particularly described as follows: <br />A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN THE WEST!/20F THE NORTHWEST 1/4 <br />OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 37 NORTH, RANGE 2 EAST, CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, PORTAGE TOWNSHIP, ST.
