REGULAR MINUTES <br />JANUARY 25, 1999 <br />downtown, and $10,000 for Commercial Corridor. Council Member <br />Kelly made a motion to recommend this bill to the Council <br />favorable, seconded by Council Member King. The motion carried. <br />BILL NO. 94 -98 A BILL AMENDING ARTICLE 6.5 OF CHAPTER 21 OF THE <br />SOUTH BEND MUNICIPAL CODE PROVIDING FOR CITY <br />ADOPTION OF COUNTY LANDMARKS UPON CITY ANNEXATION <br />OF AFFECTED LAND <br />Council Member Coleman made a motion to continue this bill until <br />February 8, at the request of the petitioner, seconded by Council <br />Member Hosinski. The motion carried. <br />Council Member Kelly made a motion to rise and report to the <br />Council, seconded by Council Member Sniadecki. Council Member Aranowski made a <br />motion to pass this bill, seconded by Council Member Sniadecki. <br />The bill passed by a roll call vote of nine ayes. <br />RESOLUTIONS <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2704 -99 <br />A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE <br />ADOPTION OF A DECLARATORY <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN <br />AREAS WITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA, COMMONLY KNOWN AS <br />4335 MEGHAN BEELER DR. N., TO BE AN <br />ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA FOR <br />PURPOSES OF A THREE (3) YEAR REAL <br />PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR JABCO <br />LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (BLUDOT, <br />INC.) <br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />has adopted a Declaratory Resolution designating certain areas <br />within the City as Economic Revitalization Areas for the purpose <br />of tax abatement consideration; and <br />WHEREAS, a Declaratory Resolution designated the area commonly <br />known as 4335 Meghan Beeler Dr., N., South Bend IN, and which is <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Lot 5A as shown in the recorded plat of West Cleveland Road Industrial Park, Section 1, second <br />replat, recorded September 16, 1998, as Document Number 9848694 in the Office of the <br />Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana. <br />with said real estate having the following Key No. 25- 1013 -020- <br />f] <br />J <br />
