<br />9. BUILDING SETBACK LINES SHALL CONFORM TO APPLICABLE PROVISIONS OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE.
<br />10, THE TEMPORARY TURN -AROUND EASEMENTS DELINEATED ON THIS SUBDIVISION PLAT IS AN EASEMENTS RESERVED
<br />FOR THE USE AND ENJOYMENT BY THE PUBLIC FOR THE PURPOSE OF REVERSING VEHICULAR TRAFFIC. UPON THE
