<br />Check Belt Speed <br />LINER MEASUREMENT DURING WET OUT <br />As the liner moves forward along the belt, it is very important to obtain proper <br />measurements of the liner. Although all the tubes are marked every 5 feet, it is <br />possible for measuring errors to occur. Measurements on the tube itself only <br />need to be marked every 25 or 50 feet. It is also advisable to document the <br />footage so that all recordings are duplicated. <br /> <br />TROUBLE SHOOTING <br /> <br />Slow or Stopped Wet Out <br /> <br />1. Check Vacuum - First check the vacuum on the tube, because poor <br />vacuum will slow the wet out and produce a lot of unsaturated spots on the <br />tube. If the tube is not tightly compressed check all areas where the liner is <br />losing air. The following list is the most common problem areas: <br />• Check that all vacuum lines are securely attached. <br />• Make sure the end of the tube is sealed. <br />• Are there any leaking joints below the resin slug? <br />• Verify that all seams are secure. <br /> <br />
